Your Agreement With Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or otherwise using the a999 platform at a999.lol (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with a999's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and a999.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the a999 Platform, close any open account, and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the a999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. a999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of a999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain precisely one (1) a999 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances and winnings across all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your a999 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. a999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a999 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. a999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify a999 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

a999 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. Required documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4 Deposits & Payments

a999 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which may include but are not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Pakistani Rupees (PKR) 100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Currency: All transactions on the a999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a999 does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated deposits.
• Deposit Fees: a999 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which a999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit Timing: Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast credit instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically credit within 30 minutes. a999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Own Funds Requirement: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. a999 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Fees: a999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are the responsibility of the user.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied. The applicable wagering requirements are set out in the relevant bonus terms and conditions.
• Right to Refuse: a999 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by a999 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional bonus-specific terms published at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by all applicable terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible a999 account holders only. a999 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a specified wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned, or used by any person other than the eligible account holder.
• a999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or engaging in bonus abuse strategies — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• a999's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the a999 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the a999 Platform use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Live dealer game equipment is verified by independent technical auditors.

7.3 Malfunctions

8 Responsible Gaming

a999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout and reminder notifications.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).

9 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account per person (directly or indirectly).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC processes.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the a999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, game artwork, and the overall Platform interface design — is the property of a999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of a999.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a999 and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the a999 Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

In any event, a999's total aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the a999 Platform or these Terms & Conditions, you are encouraged to contact a999's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. a999 commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 72 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with a999's response to your complaint, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under a999's operating license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution procedure are available upon request from the a999 support team.

a999's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions — shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure described above.

13 Privacy & Data

a999's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the a999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the terms of the a999 Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Where changes are material, a999 will endeavour to notify registered users via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the a999 Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms & Conditions, you must immediately close your account and cease using the Platform.

15 Termination of Account

a999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account and/or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where a999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on or in connection with the Platform.
• Continuing to provide services to you would expose a999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• You have failed to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, a999 reserves the right to withhold any balance and winnings pending investigation. Where termination is not due to any breach on your part, a999 will process the return of any legitimate remaining balance within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to a999's operating jurisdiction, as defined by its international gaming license. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as a representation that services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
